Creative Genius, LLC reserves the right to display any and all designs done for clients as part of the Creative Genius portfolio, for promotional usage on our website and other media. Creative Genius reserves the right to publish client testimonies promotional usage (not using full names whenever possible). Creative Genius, LLC reserves all rights to artwork NOT CHOSEN by the customer. Creative Genius Media also reserves the right to display and resell any such artwork.
